CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION:
We review the plans and specifications, and let you know if there are any discrepancies before quoting. We quote as per scope of project. Before we ship the job, we check the equipment as per quote and your purchase order to make sure everything is correct.
DESIGN TEAM:
We provide shop drawings as per specifications with details in all aspects. The following are
usually what you will receive from each drawing submittal:
a. Plan, cross sections and elevations
b. Mechanical and electrical requirements
c. Understructure Plan
d. Floor plan showing the critical dimensions that need to be verified
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
We work with you on all project stages from request for proposal to pricing, drawing submission, equipment fabrication and delivery. We work with your schedule to make sure your project time lines are met.
FIELD SERVICES:
We send factory technicians to the field to assemble the equipment. All our technicians are trained to handle the unexpected in the field such as room dimensions are off, utilities are at the wrong location, obstruction in the area etc.. We work with flexibility to make sure the equipment is up and running to make as per your schedule.
POST INSTALL AND SUPPORT:
When we complete the installation, we keep you up to date with all the pending issues and we resolve them on a timely basis. Our warranty is one year labour and materials. We have a net work of 200 service branches in North America to service your needs.
